Home Care for Damaged Hair: Shampoo and Treatment for Hair That Is Colored and Ironed Again and Again

Coloring, bleaching, and daily flat irons and hair dryers. Hair takes on stress little by little. For home care, keep 3 things in mind: "wash gently," "replenish" and "protect."

Wash gently

KÉRASTASE Première Bain Décalcifiant | Tax incl. 250ml ¥4,840 / 500ml ¥8,690 / 500ml (refill) ¥7,810

KÉRASTASE's "Résistance" series can be chosen by degree of damage. There is Bain de Force N for relatively light damage (levels 1–2) and Bain Thérapiste for heavily damaged hair (levels 3–4).

Replenish

KÉRASTASE Première Concentré Décalcifiant (Damage Repair Concentrate)
KÉRASTASE Première Concentré Décalcifiant (Damage Repair Concentrate) | Tax incl. 250ml ¥9,130

In addition to treatment every time, add special care 1–2 times a week. Options include KÉRASTASE Damage Repair Concentrate and OLAPLEX No.3, used before shampooing, and Little Scientist's GALBA CMC Care Treatment, which focuses on the CMC (cell membrane complex) inside the hair.

Protect

Before using a hair dryer or flat iron, protect hair from heat and friction with a leave-in treatment.
