How to use

The maker's directions are to take an appropriate amount (one pump) in your hand after shampooing and apply it to all of your hair. It can be used on wet or dry hair. At our salons, we tell customers to work it in from the ends to the mid-lengths after towel-drying, run whatever is left on their hands through the roots, and then dry. On days you use it on dry hair, you can also smooth a small amount onto bed head or flyaway areas.

Wave Style is suited as a base for permed hair or when you want to make the most of natural waves. At our salons, we tell customers to dry while cupping and lifting the ends in their palms after applying. Once dry, layer SPICE wax or foam on top to add the finishing texture.

Finishing with a mist: SPICE Mist Volume Up

SPICE's Mist Volume Up is a mist the maker describes as "a mist-type care styling product that conditions the hair." With a gentle hold, it suits curled styles and natural-wave-look styles. Apply it where needed to half-dried hair before styling, work it in with your hands, and shape as you dry.
