Shipping policy

[Shipping fees] Free shipping on orders of ¥3,980 or more (tax incl., after discounts); Hokkaido and Okinawa ¥440. Below ¥3,980: ¥880 for Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu and other areas, ¥1,320 for Hokkaido, ¥880 for Okinawa. In-store pickup is free.

[Dispatch] Orders ship within 1–3 business days after confirmation (no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays). Delivery may take 5–8 days depending on weather, traffic or areas without air transport.

[Delivery date] You can choose a date 2–5 business days from the order date. Without a date, we deliver as soon as possible. Date selection is not available for Okinawa and some areas.

[In-store pickup] REMENTE Yokkaichi, REMENTE Matsusaka, RETRÉ -HAIR MAINTENANCE- Soyora Tsu Sakurabashi. Items arrive at the salon within 1–3 business days and we contact you when ready. Items are held for 7 days after arrival.
