How to Choose an IAU Treatment | Using the 2 Creams, 2 Masks and Pure Booster

LebeL "IAU" has 5 treatments. The names are similar and easy to confuse, but splitting them by when to use them makes things clear: creams for every day, masks for once or twice a week, and Pure Booster used before the treatment. Quick guide to using them

Every day, a cream (Silky Repair for lightness, Melt Repair for cohesion). Once or twice a week, a mask (IAU Mask for coarseness from coloring, Deep Mask for frizz and damage). Only when the ends are badly damaged, Pure Booster before that.

Both have a rose green scent and are used the same way. After shampooing, lightly drain the water, work an appropriate amount through all your hair and rinse well. When choosing, decide whether you want the finish to lean toward "lightness" or "cohesion."

If your roots tend to go flat, even with Silky Repair don't apply it near the scalp; focus from ear level down. If your hair spreads, work Melt Repair into the ends first, then put whatever is left on your hands on the surface. At our salons too, we vary where we apply the same treatment.

Both are used the same way: after shampooing, apply mainly to the ends, work through all your hair, leave for about 3 minutes and rinse. The guide is once or twice a week. The scent of IAU Mask is deep rose green, and Deep Mask is fruity rose green.

Before the treatment: Pure Booster

Pure Booster is an in-bath product used before the treatment. After shampooing, work it into the highly damaged parts at the ends, then layer the treatment on without rinsing, and rinse. The maker's guide is about 4 pumps for medium hair, and it is fragrance-free. It is intended especially for people whose ends are dry and spread, so use it only on damaged ends, not all over.

Summary of the order

Can I mix Silky Repair and Melt Repair?

The maker gives no guidance on mixing them. It is safest to choose one and switch depending on the season or your hair condition.

Can I use the mask every day?

The maker's guide is once or twice a week.

Is there a refill?

We carry the 2 creams in 200mL, 600mL and 1000mL. The maker designates the 1000mL as the refill.
