How to use
- Guide amount (semi-long hair): about 7 g (about 3 cm in diameter)
- Brush to detangle, then pre-rinse thoroughly with warm water from scalp to ends.
- Spread an appropriate amount over both palms, work it over the whole scalp and lather gently, massaging the scalp with your fingertips.
- Cover all the hair in plenty of lather and leave for 1–2 minutes.
- Rinse for about twice as long as you lathered, making sure nothing is left at the nape or behind the ears.

A shampoo from KÉRASTASE's Discipline series for hair that tends to tangle and knot. Its Morpho-Keratin Complex, combining pro-keratin with amino acids (arginine, serine and glutamic acid), helps prevent tangles and knots and leaves hair smooth and soft.
How to use
After brushing, pre-rinse thoroughly from the scalp to the ends. Spread an appropriate amount (about 7 g for mid-length hair) between both hands, apply over the whole scalp and lather gently. Leave the lather on for 1–2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
